Register your organisation and complete the guided setup wizard. Configure your facility's shift types, emergency response teams, and rotating rota. Invite administrators and team leaders via secure email links — no IT department required.

Enrol Your Response Team

Add responders, assign roles, and link them to the correct shift teams. Responders install ClarionCall as a progressive web app on their phones for instant home-screen access without an app store. Each profile can be verified with a phone number for SMS alerts.

Activate & Coordinate Incidents

When an emergency occurs, the controller activates an incident from the dashboard — selecting the incident type (Fire, Chemical Spill, and more), severity level, and location. Every on-duty responder is alerted in real time and acknowledges via slide-to-confirm. The controller monitors acknowledgments, tracks on-scene status, and coordinates resource requests, all from a single screen.

Responders receive web push notifications delivered directly to their device, even when the ClarionCall app is running in the background. Because ClarionCall is a progressive web app, there is nothing to install from an app store — responders add it to their home screen from their browser in seconds.
Can the platform handle multiple teams on rotating shifts?+
Yes. The built-in rotating shift rota engine lets you define shift types, name your response teams, and build a repeating cycle grid that automatically resolves which team is on duty, on standby, or off for any given date and time — including live detection of the current shift during the day.
Is there a free trial available?+
Yes. The Trial plan gives you 10 responder profiles and 30 days of full access with no payment required. It is the fastest way to configure your facility, run a live drill, and evaluate whether ClarionCall fits your operation before committing to a paid plan.
What happens to our data if we cancel?+
Your incident history, responder profiles, and schedule configuration are retained in our database for a reasonable period after cancellation. Contact our support team if you need an export of your data before deactivating your account.
